1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the msi5 platform and all its associated services. By visiting the msi5 website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the msi5 platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

msi5 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use msi5 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must be legally capable and mentally competent to enter into a contract.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the area where you reside.
• You must not have been previously banned or closed by msi5.

We may request relevant documents to verify age and identity at any time. We reserve the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

When opening an account at msi5, you must provide genuine, accurate, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately of any changes to your registration details. msi5 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and any verification codes completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• msi5 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited. Operating an account on behalf of a third party will be considered a violation of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at msi5 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We currently accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Funds deposited must be sent only from your own account. Using a third party's account or credit card is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in certain cases, additional time may be required for identity or security verification.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be held if the conditions of an active bonus have not been met.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, msi5 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

msi5 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Maximum deposit example: depositing ৳18,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• After claiming a bonus, you cannot make a direct withdrawal without first completing the wagering requirements.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• msi5 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on msi5 are conducted fairly and transparently. Our game providers are internationally recognized and audited.

7.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error causes a bet to show an abnormal result, msi5 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the stake.

7.2 Gaming Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If you have an objection to the result of any game, you must notify our support team within 30 days.

7.3 Sports Betting

All bets in the sports betting section depend on the outcome of real events. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the msi5 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence for betting.
• Colluding with other players to influence results.
• Creating multiple accounts using false information.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or using abusive behavior toward other users.

9. Responsible Gaming
